  • MSR Ecocuisine black beans (1 per week)

  • pesto
  • instant soups (split pea, etc.)

  • instant plain oatmeal
  • instant flavored oatmeal
  • cream of wheat (I don't care for the instant kind. The longer cooking version doesn't take more fuel as I just turn the stove off after the water is boiling. It cooks as long as it is hot and I put the pot in my insulated hat right after turning off the heat.

  • granola
  • dried fruit (cranberry, apple, banana, raisens, prunes, etc.)
  • "just apple"
  • "just pineapple"

  • rye crisp crackers
  • some other kind of crackers or bread
  • dried milk
  • chocolate (swiss style)
  • tea bags

  • peanut butter in tubes
  • jam in tubes
  • tomatoe paste in a tube

  • salt
  • pepper
  • Cliff bars (1 for every two days)
  • Gatorade mix?
  • two tablets of glocosamine sulfate and condratun sulfate per day
  • three multivitamin tablets per day
  • three amino acid tablets per day

  • (onion, garlic, hot peper flakes, basil, oregano, pine nuts can be combined with olive oil, cooked, and put in small, light, plastic bottles)
