cream of wheat (I don't care for the instant kind. The longer cooking
version doesn't take more fuel as I just turn the stove off after the water is boiling. It cooks as
long as it is hot and I put the pot in my insulated hat right after turning off the heat.
granola
dried fruit (cranberry, apple, banana, raisens, prunes, etc.)
"just apple"

some other kind of crackers or bread

peanut butter in tubes

two tablets of glocosamine sulfate and condratun sulfate per day
three multivitamin tablets per day
three amino acid tablets per day
(onion, garlic, hot peper flakes, basil, oregano, pine nuts can be
combined with olive oil, cooked, and put in small, light, plastic bottles)
