This schedule is a hand-edited version of a schedule made by Craig's
PCT Planner.  Yeah Craig!  I have added quite a bit of time, to extend
the "estimate arrival dates" to account for my going more slowly and taking 
more rest breaks than I had first anticipated.

The dates here are estimates.  I'm hoping that Annie will update the
"Actual Arrival Date" fields as she hears from me.  From these actual
dates, you should be able to estimate when I'll be at a particular
mail drop.

MIN - minimal resupply package sent to this point.  This means little or no food,
but a stove canister, vitamins, small vial of soap, etc.  These are points with
good grocery stores.

ICEA - my ice axe will be in the resupply parcel for this stop.

TWOW - package sent here must be sent 2 weeks ahead of time.  Ferry pickup
       from the trail at 9:30 and 4:30.  UPS or USPS is ok.
